By submitting a video for the Bagasi Adventures Video Competition, you grant Bagasi AB the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the video, in whole or in part, in any media formats and through any media channels, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, email newsletters, advertisements, and promotional materials, without further notice, attribution, or compensation to you.

You hereby represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant Bagasi AB the foregoing rights, and that the video does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

Bagasi AB reserves the right to edit or modify any submitted video for clarity, length, or any other purpose, and may choose not to use any submitted video at its sole discretion.

By participating in the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit a video for the competition.
